Pix payment via credit card was my last and longest project for this client, it was a big crossover between four teams that needed the same components and screens, so it was one of my biggest challenges to date.
This project required four teams, because it took some components from each of them. Every meeting was very delicate because any change had to be agreed by every part of the project.
Since the start of the project, we had the main team, the wallet team, the credit card team and the web store team, each with some particularity. So for example, if we needed some changes during the wallet steps of our project, we needed to agree with every team and make the changes in their products as well, it was very challenging to coordinate all of this
In the end, more than 30 people were involved in the meetings between validation and final presentations.
This project was still being developed by the end of Jan/22, but the stakeholders were very optimistic about its future.
